1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 999cuci platform at 999cuci.win (including all associated sub-pages, services, products, and functionality), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

One account per person is permitted. Opening or operating multiple 999cuci accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of balances and permanent account closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999cuci login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login details strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify 999cuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that all activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed or deposits made — is authorised by you;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

999cuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are available where applicable. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of request and processing are borne by the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 999cuci are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual promotion. General conditions applicable to all 999cuci bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only, subject to minimum deposit thresholds as specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers and eligible game contributions are specified per promotion.
• 999cuci VIP loyalty points accumulated through the six-tier programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) are governed by the VIP Programme terms published separately on the platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered through 999cuci are subject to the specific rules published within each game or betting interface. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 999cuci cannot cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in the event of a demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical failure, interruption, or dispute, 999cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 999cuci platform use independently certified RNG systems. Results are statistically random and are not influenced by previous outcomes or external factors.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective live dealer studio provider and the decisions of the dealer and floor supervisor are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using the 999cuci platform as a vehicle for the movement of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players or 999cuci staff for the purpose of cheating or manipulating game outcomes;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims in relation to deposits made to the platform;
• Impersonating another player, 999cuci staff member, or creating accounts on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999cuci platform — including but not limited to the 999cuci brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the proprietary property of 999cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 999cuci content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes losses arising from:

• Interruptions or outages in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Touch n Go, Boost, or any banking institution;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by live dealer staff or automated game systems that are within the documented rules of the relevant game.

In all cases, 999cuci's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 999cuci account at the time the relevant claim arises.

10 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is suspended pending investigation:

• Access to all platform features will be restricted for the duration of the investigation;
• Pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation;

You may close your 999cuci account at any time by contacting support.
